Biography

Hanadi is an educator specializing in early childhood, and founder-president of Justice Femme organization adopting the slogan “Women for Saying, Women for Action”. Ms. Saad is a speaker and defender of minority women rights. Through her organization, she gives voice to the voiceless, and builds bridges without compromising on women justice.

During the Covid pandemic, Justice Femme, alongside young active female citizens, launched a support project for the elderly in long-term care centers (CSHLD) as well as healthcare personnel.

Ms. Saad acted as; i) union delegate for 4 years and vice-president in early childhood at the national level; ii) political advisor to the Liberal Party of Quebec (PLQ) association with Géatan Barette (2014 - 2019); iii) selected among the Top 25 influential women in Canada for 2020, and iv) candidate for mayor in 2021 under the banner of Brossard Uni.
